Save Extra Herbs
I don’t know who is the person using the full amount of herbs sold in large bushels at the grocery store, but hats off to you. I usually want a pinch of mint, or a spring of thyme- and never need the amount that herbs are sold in.

Instead of throwing out old herbs, try this hack. Wash and finely chop whatever herbs you have left- this may be rosemary, cilantro, parsley, and so on. Place the herbs in an ice cube tray and cover with olive oil and set in the freezer. Next time you’re cooking and you need a little bit of herbs or an extra pop of flavor, you’ll be all set.
