Peeling an Egg
Sometimes peeling a hard boiled egg turns into a very difficult task. All those tiny pieces of eggshell can get everywhere- or, perhaps worse, you peel the shell only to break off chunks of the egg along with it. Nobody has time to pick off tiny pieces of eggshell.
Next time you make hard boiled eggs, try this: place your eggs in a glass with a little bit of water in it. Place your hand over the cup, and shake the eggs around. This helps to crack the shell making it much easier to remove. Now you can enjoy your deviled eggs or egg salad without so much hassle.
