Have you ever looked at a piece of garlic? I mean, how intimidating is that? It’s hard, super flaky, and leaves a strong smell on your hands. This is no easy veggie to work with, my friends. It’s not for the faint of heart, or the bland of taste.
Next time you need to peel garlic, place the cloves into a small, sealed container. Next, shake it like a polaroid picture. Actually harder than that- shake it with all your might. If you do so forcefully and quickly enough, the skin of the garlic should come right off. Of course, there is always pre-peeled garlic!
