#39: Her Word Vs. His
Okay, the jury’s still out on this one, although I’m inclined to believe the delivery guy. It seems like the delivery man has no reason to lie, while the customer might have an anterior motive – to get money. The customer claims her food was left on the doorstep without the delivery man contacting her, while the restaurant claims the delivery guy waited for a solid five minutes…

And she tried calling multiple times! Again we have to ask, why would the delivery guy lie about it? Maybe he’s afraid of losing his job, but I find it hard to believe he’d lose his job over something like this. And the restaurant’s response suggests the delivery person has made every possible effort to contact her.
