#43: Bafta Award
As this next review shows, there are two sides to every story. In Shannon’s review, we only see her side of the story, and it’s pretty clear she has some strong feelings toward this restaurant. It all becomes clear upon reading the restaurant’s reply—which, to be honest, pretty much matches Shannon’s energy.
Apparently, twenty minutes after making the order, Shannon decided she wanted to cancel it and get a refund. Unfortunately, the order was already out. Upon learning that, she “started to be abusive on the phone” (their words, not ours). This bad review does sound like a vindictive move, to be completely honest.
