I’ve talked about how the grammar in these reviews is often pretty terrible, and the business owners are as guilty as the customers. But this business owner’s reply is a whole new level. It has transcended bad grammar to turn into some kind of bleakly beautiful modern poetry.

Just let it wash over you: “You paid for too much extra / toppings you / People greedy, too much toppings no.” If that’s not a beautiful poetic commentary on a world filled with increasing consumerism that is all just trying to fill a hunger that modern society can never fill, I don’t know what is.
