#5: Bitter Rivals
Online reviews are supposed to improve things for everyone because we can see what other people think about something before we try it. But like most good things in life, there will always be people who find a way to twist them to their own ends.

For instance, restaurant owners might decide to use online reviews as a way to sabotage a rival. You’ve got to get customers into your place somehow, right? If you’re going to do this, though, you should probably make sure you don’t use your real name on the review.
