#13: For Those Who Can’t Spell
In most of these that we’ve looked at, the business owner comes off looking awesome, and the customer comes off looking a little bit ridiculous. This one, however, is entirely different. I think the customer is being very reasonable, considering that their food is 90 minutes late and they’ve clearly not received any communications from the restaurant about what’s happening.
As for the business owner, he doesn’t really come off smelling like roses. And it’s not just his increasingly hilarious attempts at spelling the word “accident” before he gives up and just uses emojis. It’s the fact that he knew he had customers waiting for food, and he didn’t think to let them know what was going on after his delivery guy got in a [car explosion scooter].
