#20: Special Delivery
Here’s one where maybe no one’s in the wrong, or maybe they both are. On the one hand, the delivery did show up cold—the restaurant owner is not trying to deny that—and it’s not unreasonable to hope that food that you order from a restaurant shows up when it’s still warm and appetizing.

On the other hand, the restaurant was aware that the food was cold and they did offer a refund, which the customer refused. Also, they do sort of have a point: when you want delivery at three in the morning, when most places are closed and the world is asleep, you should be grateful for what you get. The point is, I don’t know whose side I’m on here.
