#4: And Now for Something Positive
So here’s an unexpected twist on the usual formula we have come to expect. Usually, these reviews that absolutely cannot be true are negative—either someone whose only source of joy in life is making life worse for other people or someone who is actively trying to damage a business.

But here’s one where the review is positive. This person really liked the ambiance and the chicken dish, which is very kind of them to say, but they have obviously left this review on the wrong restaurant. I appreciate the owner’s integrity in not just letting people believe the positive review really is intended for them.
