#2: Stay Classy
When you’re a business owner and someone leaves a fake bad review, you have two options. You can go the snarky route, which is always very entertaining for other people to read and lets you feel good about yourself for being clever.

Alternatively, you can do what this restaurant did and take the classy route. They very politely apologize to him for his unpleasant visit, and then they very politely point out that it is impossible for his review to be true and he is obviously full of garbage. Same effect as the snarky review, but they get to feel smug knowing that they took the moral high road.
