#30: Class and Sass
Gracie Gold is a two-time figure skating World Team champion that landed bronze in the 2014 Sochi Olympics. Her score of 76.43 during the 2016 World Championships set the record for the highest short program by an American woman. She has a fraternal twin, Carly Gold, that also skates.
Gracie has had some mental health struggles that she’s been very open about, encouraging fellow athletes to seek treatment if they feel the pressure. She took a much-needed break in 2017 and returned to the scene in 2019 with the goal of finding healthy ways to cope with her eating disorder and anxiety.
