#31: Pete Rose/Pedro Gonzalez/Ken McMullen/Al Weis – 1963 Topps
This is the only card in our article that features four different rookies. It features Pedro Gonzales, who played for the Yankees, Ken McMullen of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pete Rose of the Cincinnati Reds, and Al Weis of the Chicago White Sox. The only player that went on to form a name for himself was Pete Rose.
Rose Won a myriad of awards, including MVP, Rookie of the Year, and three World Series championships. This quartet sold for an incredible $717,000 in 2016. The likely reason for this astronomical price tag was its condition. It was a perfect 10. Perfect cards are difficult to find, especially one that is over 60 years old.
