Whimsical People Who Took Things Far Too Literally

Choose Your Words Carefully

This sign at the park reads “to feed the deer use 25 cents.” Clearly, they didn’t translate it properly, grammar-wise. While we all know you shouldn’t feed coins to a deer, or any animal for that matter, this is what the sign essentially says. Use 25 cents to feed the deer. If you ask us, this is a recipe for disaster.

While this person probably did it as a joke, we sure hope the deer didn’t have a chance to snatch that coin out of his hand – that can’t be healthy for him! Luckily, it seems like the deer is smarter than the people who put up the sign, and he doesn’t seem interested in the coin presented to him.
