No Need to State the Obvious
Instructions on how to wash our hands seems redundant. It’s pretty basic stuff, not to mention intuitive. We’ve been doing that since early childhood, and you’d think most of us have mastered the art of hand washing by now. We’re not arguing about the importance of washing our hands properly, but we figured most people don’t need instructions.

Yet, in some bathrooms around the country and even around the world, it’s not uncommon to find instructions on how to wash your hands. However, the worst part here is that the sign definitely doesn’t paint a clear picture on how to wash your hands – and if you take it too literally, your hands won’t be clean at all, as they won’t even touch the water.
