#31: Green Bay Packers
I may be a little bit cheesy myself, but the Green Bay Packers have a special place in my heart. I can’t help it, but I just love solidarity, and being the only community-owned, not-for-profit team in the NFL is a pretty cool title. Especially when they combine that with good play on the field.
There’s something about their unique ownership structure that just makes the fans feel more a part of the team. You can see it when you rock up to their games. So it’s pretty good for all those hundreds of co-owners that their team is valued at $4.6 billion. I wonder how much is the cut per person…
