How did you decide what sports team to go for? Did you just listen to your parents, or did a friend whisper a team in your ear in first grade, and it just stuck? For a lot of us, we just go for whatever team represents our hometown. This is why it’s so frustrating when a team moves, say, from Baltimore to Indianapolis.

We must forgive them, though, as it’s just how things go. And after all, the teams, like the rest of us, have to follow the money. And in the case of the Colts, $4.35 billion is enough to move to any hometown. I assume Peyton Manning’s presence on the scene didn’t hurt, either.
