What in the… “I want to make a starfish clown out of steak for dinner” is this?! They get props for using gloves, I guess, and the result is relatively well plated, but I wouldn’t eat it. This reminds me of those scary worms in the movie Tremors! I don’t want to eat those!

I think they realized how badly they screwed up and tried to save it with some melted cheese and a little salad, but there’s no redemption to be found. Next time, hopefully, they just split it into four pieces and make lovely sliced meat to go on top of the salad.
