Unless you have a very particular preference for shampoo and body wash, the mini bottles your hotel provides should do the trick. You might think those tiny soapy products have no more use outside the four walls of your hotel room, but they are pretty handy, and even better, free.

Make sure to snag a few–you never know when you might need a bar of soap! Especially on a trip where you may need to get clean on the go, such as a hike or safari ride, the mini body wash could be a life saver. Just don’t go too crazy with hotel swag. Those bath towels and robes are for the room only.
