Bringing up Baby
Travelling as a single or couple is very different than traveling with a child. Once a kid is in the picture, vacations might change quite drastically. One thing that does not change is a hotel room–there are no baby-proof measures in a rented room, unlike you may have in your own home.

In order to temporarily baby-proof a hotel room, bring along some bandages for easy fixes. Slap a couple over the electric sockets on the walls and over sharp edges like the desk or bedposts, and feel at ease as your toddler explores his or her new surroundings. And congratulate yourself on travelling with a child–it’s hard work!
