#37: Another Brick in the Wall
Written and recorded in 1979, Pink Floyd’s popular song Another Brick in The Wall is just one part of the rock band’s rock opera and a protest against the physical (corporal) punishment and overly strict schooling of the UK. Many people have never appreciated an album cover as much as the rainbow-creating prism.

We value what the rainbow means to the LGBTQ+ community, but it would be pretty funny to have someone completely miss the bigger cultural and historical context of a shirt like this. If you haven’t seen the cinematic for the rock opera, we recommend you do it at least once, but be warned – it is psychedelic, to say the least.
