#36: Netflix? Mail Disks?
If you want to feel old (weird, but okay), go tell some kids about the technology and tools you had back when you were a kid. About two-thirds of them will give you a blank stare while the rest give you wry looks, convinced you are lying. And it doesn’t even have to be something extreme.
For example, no point telling them that seat belts used to not be a thing but lawn darts were when you can just tell them that Netflix used to send disks. You can even show them proof, and they won’t believe it. Is this what our parents felt like when we used to joke that they had to walk uphill both ways to and from school?
