Epsom Salt Isn’t Just For Your Bath
Picture this: A warm bath. Bubbles. Perhaps a candle. Lavender oil. A teaspoon of Epsom. Ah, is that not the picture of serenity? There’s a reason for that. Epsom salt baths are believed to help with a variety of things- from removing toxins from the body to treating constipation.

It’s no wonder then that this magic substance does some good for plants too. When plants outgrow their containers or need to be moved for another reason, this can result in a shock for the plant. Add a teaspoon of Epsom salt to the new hole where your plant is going, and it will help with the transition.
