In 2001, Jason Dill, a skateboarding pro from California, was in New York City for the attack on the Twin Towers. The shocked border is portrayed here standing in front of the horrific image, almost bewildered, as can be said about much of the city and even the rest of the world on that unexpectedly sunny day.
