Girl Power and Girly Power, According to Charlie’s Angles – 2003
Many people remember the original “Charlie’s Angels,” but ’90s beauties will always remember Drew, Cameron, and Lucy from their time on the show. Although the film’s overall production quality was a touch lacking, there was a key turning point in the story’s progression.
The film was directed by Alicia Barrymore and highlighted the struggle between strong female assertiveness and a flowery side to her personality. Perhaps, in contrast to common opinion, the two are not incompatible with one another. Every component of the film is a classic in every way: it’s funny, it’s action-packed, and it’s filled with famous actors.
