Sometimes, Travel Photos Do Not Turn Out As Expected

One thing that Norway is well known for is the scenery. Stunning vistas, rocky outcroppings, craggy cliffs, and crystal blue icy lakes are common sightings. This person was hoping to catch just such a view on camera when they visited Preikestolen, a steep cliff overlooking the water. 

Unfortunately, the foggy weather struck yet again. Rather than a sunny view of turquoise water, this person stood at the edge of the flat rock silhouetted by gray fog. While the photo they got is not what was expected, it is still pretty cool, and they will likely never forget the trip.
