#34: What Innocent Opinions Devide Different Countries
As humans, we’re all bound to have different opinions, and when we have strong opinions that clash with other people’s opinions, feuds are bound to happen. According to this map, different countries around the world have innocent questions that divide the people into two camps.
Some of the matters in question are what you call indoor slippers (what are they called in your country?), the Greek food staple dispute, and the great omelet debate. We can see that many of them surround local foods and drinks, and we can’t say we’re surprised. Of course, more pressing matters, such as politics, are dividing countries, but this map outlines the innocent ones.
