#3: Be More Like the French
Wow, talk about different treatments for different teams! It’s like one team got a box of donuts and a pat on the back while the other got a slap in the face and a boot out the door. It’s crazy how employment laws can vary from country to country, and it’s a shame that not everyone is afforded the same protections and rights.
Maybe it’s time we start taking some cues from our French counterparts and stand up for what’s fair and just. I mean, who doesn’t love a good riot? Am I right? But in all seriousness, it’s important to advocate for ourselves and our fellow workers, especially when companies try to pull shady moves like this. We deserve better than to be treated like expendable cogs in a machine.
