It is no secret that we humans work very hard in order to maintain the lifestyles that we lead. In order to maintain this fast-paced work-life balance, we work ourselves to breaking point, and just supplement ourselves with caffeine so that we can stay awake and motivated. But come the weekend, we can’t even remember our own name…

We get it, technically this is no way to live your life… Especially if you can’t even manage to think on the weekend. So instead of feeling so exhausted and unable to do anything, we suggest that you take things a little slower in your work week so that you can actually enjoy the time you have on the weekend.
