#31: Leave Me Alone
Why is it that whenever we actually need a good night’s sleep, we can’t ever actually manage to fall asleep? For whatever reason, our brains like to keep us awake when in reality, they were the ones who sent us signals telling us to go to sleep in the first place. So, what’s up with that?

No matter what, if you are trying to get a solid night’s sleep your brain is going to do something to trick you. It might be the first night in months where you have managed to get yourself together and ready for bed by 10 pm, but none of that matters because your brain is ready to give you a run for your money.
