Pet rocks are better than plain rocks
Are millennials idiots, though? To be honest, they might be. It takes a certain finesse to make bank on a “pet rock.” I mean, every generation has its shortcomings, right? Boomers don’t know a lot about computers and technology, and millennials fell for the pet rock gimmick. Who’s to say which one’s worse? (Hint: it’s the millennials’ thing).
Hey, don’t talk about millionaire Gary Dahl like that. As mentioned above, it takes some business savvy to curate a product that’s literally a rock with bedding. Folks bought it in droves, so he must have done something right. Perhaps making millions off a simple idea is where it’s at. Less brain power involved. Maybe we’ll give this point to the boomers.
