Google knows
Let’s be honest: we’ve all googled ourselves once to see what comes up, if there’s any information, good or bad, or photos of us online, or if there’s anyone who shares our name with a sketchy past. We can’t help it, sometimes our curiosity gets the better of us. There’s no shame in googling yourself, but we don’t understand why they felt obligated to share the results (or lack of results) with their daughter.
Anyhow, it could’ve been just another harmless text message if it wasn’t for the autocorrect. Time and again people have suffered the consequences of autocorrect, and they still haven’t learned to turn off that they can turn off this function. It almost never corrects us to write what we intended, and our lives would actually be easier without it.
