Stay Quiet
“Good. Don’t say anything.” Sometimes honesty is the best policy. One person inquired whether they have a certain class that day. Turns out they had a class, and they were presenting their project that same day. Unsurprisingly, the person who didn’t know they have class didn’t know about the presentation and what were his lines. The scathing, stinger response after that is golden.
“Good. Don’t say anything,” is the button to this conversation. What a zinger! However, if this is the best course of action for the success of the project, then perhaps this person should keep mum while the others deliver an informative, lively presentation. Then, the quiet person should receive a lower grade than the rest. We sound like the student everyone hated, don’t we?
