Location, Location, Location
If you’re a property owner, or looking to become one, you know that location is everything. When it comes to selling real estate, agents have to go the extra mile to sell properties that are considered to be in an undesirable location. These locations might include homes near an airport, train station, a landfill, or a polluting industrial factory.
Most people desire homes in a quiet location. Would you need quiet to the extent of living next to a cemetery? One real estate agent took marketing to the next level when she advertised selling a home with quiet neighbors across the street, insinuating the neighbors being quiet are the ones in the cemetery. Talk about a morbid sense of humor.
