Stop Whining
Here’s another case of someone who just felt like complaining for no apparent reason. I mean, yes, having your food delivery arrive cold is something we’d all be bummed about, but according to the restaurant, this customer was offered a refund. That’s fair compensation! What more did they want?
Not only were they offered a refund, but apparently, they had the food delivered at 3 am. According to the business owner, they should be glad they even got their food at that hour. We feel like offering them a refund is the best the restaurant could do, and it’s pretty unfair of this customer to go on and shame them online.
