Shower After Exercise
When we exercise, we sweat. Naturally, that means we are dirtier than before. So showering after a workout, especially an intense one, should be a common hygiene practice. When you shower after your gym session, make sure to clean your scalp.
A filthy scalp may cause clogged hair follicles, resulting in hair loss. This does not imply that you need to wash your hair every time, but rather that you should run it under the water to keep it clean.
