While you may not be able to bring the water bottle on a plane, you can bring it everywhere else to stay hydrated.
Pack Healthy Snacks

You can do simple squats, leg stretches and arm stretches in just about any location. Many travelers do squats while they’re waiting in line and stretch their arms while seating in the airplane.
