Whose bright idea was this?
Bathroom fixtures don’t really require a ton of forethought. People just want to use a toilet or urinal, wash and dry their hands, they skedaddle out of there. Nobody pays attention to them unless they’re a sight for sore eyes. That’s what we have in this restroom, stylized hand soap and paper towel dispensers that nobody asked for.
The people who designed this bathroom didn’t get the memo, so they had the paper towel and soap dispensers look like they’re smeared with things we’d rather not think about it. In actuality, if you look closer you’ll realize those are supposed to be maps. Did anyone ever really feel like public toilets didn’t have enough adventure?
