Group Rejection
Nothing hurts more than being rejected by someone you like. It’s even worse when that individual completely disregards you in front of all your pals and the dungeon master in a Dungeons & Dragons session. And then they all have a good laugh about it. That’s a difficult reaction to get over.
The D&D group went all out. Gaming, it appears, can be as harsh as it is pleasurable. “Oh my god, no” isn’t a nice phrase to say no to someone with. At the very least, she couldn’t have said it any nicer if she didn’t like him.
