Now, this is a really unusual case. You hear or read praises or complaints about services, but this following entry isn’t something you encounter every day. This isn’t even a review; it’s a customer’s plea for assistance while trapped inside a bookstore! Consider what you would have done to escape in the circumstances described above—– what would you have done?
David was trapped inside a Waterstones bookshop in Trafalgar Square (London), and he didn’t hesitate to tweet Waterstones for assistance. His message went viral relatively quickly, thanks in part to those who found it amusing— but it worked! Waterstones saved him right away and acknowledged those who retweeted and spammed them. I’m glad he got out as soon as possible, although I couldn’t help but laugh at the ludicrousness of the circumstance!
