Just because someone seems knowledgeable about cars, definitely does not mean that they are. You can talk the talk, sure- but can you walk the walk? Many people who are inexperienced with cars might be easily duped by someone who is up to date on all the jargon. 

You know how everyone seems to have “that uncle” who “knows” how to “fix things”? Fixing is more like rigging it so it can pass for working. That’s what this guy is all about, except with his car.
