Hooters’ Presumption of Guilt in the Matter
After learning that Hooters employees are not allowed to sue the firm for harassment, we were not the least bit surprised by this development. If this hadn’t been the case, Hooters would have closed its doors a long time ago. On the other hand, the method in which the company handles the resolution of such disagreements was surprising to us.
To tell you the truth, we were completely unaware that “Hooters Court” was going to take place. This former Hooters employee claims that the company had its own internal legal system, and that all of the employees served on the company’s juries. According to the information provided by this individual, Hooters Court did nothing.
