We have just concluded our discussion on the importance for people who are actively seeking employment to remain vigilant during group sessions and other times when everyone is being addressed collectively. When someone hosts an interview and notices a slip-up from a candidate, it is easy to dismiss them because you don’t want to stand out for it. This is because you don’t want to be remembered for it.
Because the candidate was using his phone under the desk while the interviewer was talking, he did not get the job even though he was qualified for it. In this account, the candidate lost the opportunity to get the job. Remember that you are not hidden, even when you believe that you are, as this is the lesson to be learned from the story.
