You never know what to expect from a double date! It all comes down to how well the couples get along and how well everyone knows each other. On a double date, this person’s grandparents didn’t start out as partners. Their grandpa asked to switch dates halfway through a movie so he could begin dating the girl he would one day marry.

Not because he thought she was stunningly beautiful, but because he had other plans. When the girls kept going to the bathroom to gossip, he decided to switch places with them.
