Gossiping About Their Staff
Everyone enjoys a bit of work gossip. When you put different personalities together in a group, it’s pretty natural that people will clash. It’s not the worst thing in the world because the simple solution would be for these people to be courteous and avoid each other in the future, right? But what about when your boss starts the gossip?
When you start getting closer to your boss, it can be a good thing! It’s always great to have good working relationships, but it can get awkward when your boss starts saying negative things about other coworkers – especially when you have to be in close contact with them both on the daily. Sometimes it’s best to just smile and nod.
