#48: You’re a Terrible Sleeper, Well Done
These days, people are increasingly in tune with their health and well-being. Whether it be the food they eat, their movement, or their sleep routine, health and well-being are at the forefront of most people’s minds.
But something about this nightly review doesn’t quite add up. Either this person is not sleeping at all, or their sleep application isn’t doing an excellent job of picking up the different queues for when their person is entering sleep.
