Faith Hill
Although she was originally named Audrey, it’s nearly impossible to think of calling Faith Hill anything other than Faith. The country singer and actress had the last name Perry before adopting Hill. Interestingly, the name change for Faith occurred quite organically, unlike some others on this list.
Her full original name was Audrey Faith Perry, so Faith was simply derived from her second name, which seemed to suit her better than Audrey as she grew up. The last name Hill came from her first marriage to music publishing executive Daniel Hill.
