Emma Stone
Emma Stone underwent an interesting journey before settling on her chosen moniker. While her original name, Emily Jean Stone, is not significantly different, there was a phase when she went by the name Riley. The endearing actress decided on her own name at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), and at one point, she spontaneously preferred to be addressed as Riley Stone.
For approximately six months, she went by the name Riley until one day on set when she failed to respond to the call as she had forgotten it was her chosen name. Subsequently, she made the switch to Emma for two reasons: its proximity to Emily and an inspiration drawn from Emma Bunton of the Spice Girls.
