Are you searching for the healthiest Netflix and chill snacks? These delicious treats that we’re featuring today will help you enjoy healthier options when you’re stuck binge-watching your favorite Netflix shows.

Whether it’s a weekend or weeknight, we all are guilty of getting sucked into the television. Chances are that you’re filling your tummy with unhealthy treats during this time. That’s why we wanted to make sure to share some healthy alternatives to those sugary, salty, and fatty snacks we tend to crave at the end of the night during our Netflix binges.

Veggie Chips

While veggie chips aren’t super healthy, they’re a great substitute for those salty and fatty potato chips. Consider finding a favorite brand of veggie chips to bite into during your Netflix sessions. There are a variety of brands that sell veggies chips, or you can make some kale chips to enjoy as a late-night treat.

Apple Slices with Peanut Butter

Grab some healthy apples and slice them up with a dollop of peanut butter in the center of a place. Dip your fresh apple slices into the peanut butter while you sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite Netflix shows. If peanut butter isn’t your thing, you could try another dip like natural caramel dip.

Make Smoothies

Veggie smoothies, fruit smoothies, delicious smoothies! There are a variety of healthy smoothie recipes you can find online to whip up in the blender. Having a smoothie while you’re binge-watching your Netflix shows will curb hunger while you enjoy something healthier than a soda.

Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Dip some blueberries into fresh Greek yogurt and freeze them on a baking sheet. Once frozen you can remove them from the freezer, place in a resealable freezer bag and enjoy as a treat later on when you’re watching Netflix shows.

Seeds and Nuts

Stock up on some almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds to enjoy when you’re stuck on the couch watching television shows. Make sure your seeds and nuts are unsalted so as to get the most natural level of healthy snacking with nuts and seeds possible.

These are just a few of our favorite recommendations to swap unhealthy snacks for healthier options. Everything from veggies to fruits and seeds and nuts will help keep you munching on something healthy while you’re binge-watching those favorite Netflix shows each night.
