Brush Your Bones Twice a Day
What would you do if you saw someone’s bones jutting out of their body? The thought of seeing exposed bone poking out of flesh isn’t a pretty one, but it’s actually a lot more common than we think. Our chompers are made of the same material as our skeletons that keep up standing upright.
Make sure you take good care of your bones by drinking plenty of milk, eating lots of vitamin-D-rich foods, and brushing them twice a day. Also, make sure you schedule an appointment with the exposed bone doctor, aka dentist, every six months or so. Your bones might need realigning if they protrude from your gummy flesh at an angle.
